Reconstruction Coffee-Crossover

Crossover is a medium blend designed specifically for cold brewing (though of course it tastes great as a traditional hot brew too!). The 2021 Crossover is a blend of coffees from Guatemala and Ethiopia, roasted to slow-brewing perfection. You'll find flavor notes of semisweet chocolate and lime cordial in your cold-brewed cup.

We recommend a 1:8 ratio of coffee to water, which makes a wonderful concentrate after 18 hours! After that, cut the concentrate however you'd like. Try starting with a 1:1 concentrate-to-water ratio and see what you think! Just add ice, and enjoy your perfect cup of Crossover cold brew!
